Ashley Oaks Retirement Residence
Ashley Oaks Retirement Residence
Ashley Oaks Retirement Residence was under construction when ClearPath was retained as its management company. The role included helping prepare for the start of operations, hiring the team, starting up the marketing and sales, applying for and acquiring the RHRA license, and ensuring all required policies and documents are in place.
Now that the home is open ClearPath is providing on-going full management services which covers all aspects of operation and lease up, as well as bookkeeping and payroll.
Summersides Retirement Community
Summersides Retirement Community
ClearPath was retained to advise on the planning of a new retirement community in the Niagara region from an operations perspective, as well as to support the marketing, lease up and on going management of the residence once opened.
Summersides Retirement Community will include the full spectrum of services from Seniors Apartments to Memory Care, all togethre ~300 suites.
Living Water Retirement Residence
Living Water Retirement Residence
Living Water Resorts added an independent living retirement residence to their site in Collingwood. ClearPath was retained to prepare for opening, start up marketing, hire an ED, apply for RHRA license, and once open the support the team with operations.
Fieldgate Retirement Living - ClearPath was retained to review architectural plans for a proposed retirement residence which included both ISL and IL suites, and provide feedback on the suggested layout. ClearPath advised the client on the suite mix and the sizes of the suites as well as the amenity areas.

Welltower - ClearPath was retained for a 4 months contract to help support 4 of Welltower’s retirement residences which were experiencing occupancy challenges. To help the team identify opportunities and address challenges, ClearPath visited the homes regularly, engaged the entire management team, proposed changes to pricing of suites and services, and facilitated communications between the team on the ground and the regional as well as the corporate team. At the end of the contract all 4 homes saw increased occupancy and a steady positive trend.
